CALLIOPE is an elegant 139ft. Holland Jachtbouw, whose majesty is reflected in her name. CALLIOPE in Greek mythology is the muse of epic poetry, the daughter of Zeus and Mnemosyne. The goddess was Homers muse, said to inspire his epic works. CALLIOPE, with transoceanic range and capability, navigates the seas of today with elegance and assurance, inspired by a distant past when Odysseus roamed the oceans of the world. On board CALLIOPE, the immediate impression of sophistication and refinement is augmented by impressive design innovations that raise the level of livability and service. The main deck salon on luxury charter yacht CALLIOPE is furnished in understated elegance featuring neutral tones with touches of delphinium blue, and connects to the formal dining room. The fluid space can be separated by sliding shoji doors for a more intimate dining or salon setting. Cleverly concealed cabinetry off the dining area on CALLIOPE allows for easy access to tableware, and the crew can provide discreet service through an electronic pocket door leading to the pantry and commercial galley. CALLIOPE features guest accommodations that include a serene and spacious main deck master compartment forward with king size bed and lounge area, his and hers baths, walk-in closet and adjoining private office. Four guest staterooms on board luxury yacht CALLIOPE are located on the lower deck, and finished in a soft lime oak with French provincial decor. The crew is able to service the guests by way of a secret, soundproof door in the paneling that leads to the crew quarters. The bridge deck is a very popular area with guests and the main social area on CALLIOPE. State-of-the-art equipment allows the space to transition from a library to a media room to a party deck. The salons full width folding French doors open up to the aft deck providing a seamless transition from interior to exterior creating an even larger al fresco dining and entertaining area. CALLIOPE is an intrinsically chic yacht that even the most demanding charter clients will recognize as superior in all respects. This unparalleled superyacht is an excellent charter option for corporate retreats, or families and friends that demand five star service and luxurious accommodations aboard a prestigious vessel. Please see our blog post Boatbloggings.Com/2011/12/21/139ft-holland-jachtbouw-charter-yacht-calliope-innovative-build-inspired-design//>CALLIOPE: Innovative Build, Inspired Design.Tenders + toys: Nautica RIB 18` widebody with 115hp outboard, Nautica RIB 13.5` widebody with 60hp outboard, Water skis, Wakeboard, Donuts, 5-man Banana, 2x Sea-scooters (underwater propelling units for diving and snorkeling), 4x Inflatable Kayaks, Snorkeling gear, 2x Mountain bikes, Treadmill, Gym equipment, Jacuzzi, Barbecue.

This Yacht Charter Travel community is owned and managed by World Wide Yacht Charter Brokers - each representing there country, and oceans and Explore LLC providing the inter phase, design, knowledge, and solution. This agreement governs your use of this website and the provision of the services provided here on-line. Price of the charter: The price of the charter for a week begins at (5:00pm) and ends at (10:00am) or in the morning. All prices published include the corresponding taxes (VAT) Expenses such as fuel, water or mooring costs away from home port are sometimes not included, ask for additional services which have not been requested when contracting the charter, such as Private Jet Charter, Limousine, transfers etc... Payment: To book the charter you must make the full deposit of the total cost of the charter. In the event we do not receive the payment for the booking, we will automatically cancel it leaving the yacht available again for a new booking. To make the final payment for the charter, the rest of the price must be paid four weeks before the start of the charter. If the charter is requested less than four weeks before the charter begins, the payment will be made for the total amount of the charter and must be received within a maximum of five days after the confirmation of the booking. Cancellations: Each base establishes its own procedures and expenses for the cancellation of a charter, but generally (and not binding) we can inform you that: Cancellations 45 days before of the beginning of the charter: 10% charge Cancellations between 45 and 30 days before the beginning of the charter: 50% charge Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the beginning of the charter: 75% charge Cancellations between 14 and 1 day before the beginning of the charter: 100% charge Deposit: When you sign the contract and you take the boat, a deposit is requested to guarantee any damage due to misuse or collision. You can pay the rest of the deposit with credit card or cash when you arrive at the home port where your cruise begins. Duties of the charterer: In case you do not contract a skipper, you must prove that you are qualified to drive a boat with any type of valid nautical qualification. Specific Terms relating to the charter of a boat: When we arrange for the charter of a boat, we operates sometimes to an agency model. This means that we act as a disclosed agent for third party suppliers, such as the boat owner, charterer or charter operator. Much like an estate agent, we also act as your agent and we are responsible to you for the proper performance of those agency services. These terms form the contractual basis of that agency service. However, what that also means is that the final contract for the boat charter itself will be between you and that provider. Not between you and us. There is a difference between the agency services we provide (which involves the service of finding you relevant boats) and the actual boat charter. Although you don`t pay us (we get paid by receiving commission from our suppliers) the price you will pay will, in nearly all cases, be the same as if you went to the suppliers direct. In most cases this will mean that there are additional terms and conditions governing the contract for the charter of a boat as each supplier will have bespoke terms and conditions relating to the charter of its boat. For example, in the charter of a large yacht you may have to sign a standard YCT agreement. Please make sure that you have read these terms and conditions before completing your transaction. All relevant terms and conditions will be available to you on request from our customer sales representatives before you complete your transaction. As we act as agent this will mean that we have no contractual liability to you in respect of that charter. If there is a problem with the boat or the boat charter then typically your contractual remedy will be against the supplier, not us. However, we may still be liable to you if we have been in breach of our agency services agreement (these terms), have been negligent, we have misrepresented important information or have been in breach of any other relevant law. To complete a transaction with one of our suppliers, you must first contact us or submit an Online Enquiry Form informing us of your boat and availability requirements. From then, one of our representatives will search for the right boat from our extensive list of suppliers and call you back with your options. Please note, all queries are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that all of your requirements will be met. How the transaction is then completed and the contract formally formed will be explained to you on the phone or email by our customer sales representative. This will include, without limit, whether a deposit or full payment is required to be paid and/or whether a written contract is required to be signed. Please note, there are standard additional costs and fees that may be applicable to your booking, including Advance Provisioning Allowance, Mooring Fees and Security Deposits, please take the time to read all about them on our Fees and Insurance Page. Where we request payments to be made up-front on booking we will immediately pass the money to the relevant supplier. We normally ask you to pay via bank transfer or deposit directly to our branch account. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account. If you use a credit card to pay for your charter, you agree that in the event of a dispute, you will submit the claim to mutually agreed arbitration and revoke your right to reverse/cancel the charge. Failure to supply the correct credit or debit card billing address information and/or cardholder details may result in delays to the completion of your charter reservation and risks losing the yacht charter agreement. Please ensure that the details you give match those on your credit card billing statement. We also reserve the right to cancel a booking after issue if payment is declined or incorrect cardholder details and billing information have been supplied. Further, in an effort to minimize the effects of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to carry out random checks, including checks of the electoral roll, and may request you to either fax or post to us proof of your address and a copy of the credit card and recent statement before issuing any documents. Following our receipt of your payment, we will send you confirmation that we have received that payment. Upon completion of a transaction we will send to you instructions to find the boat, invoice, confirmation of payment (if relevant) and any other instructions or documents we believe necessary. In many cases the contract between you and the provider will not allow you to cancel and receive your money back unless the operator can re-charter the boat. To protect yourself against this risk we suggest you purchase the relevant travel insurance, Further, even if a charter can be cancelled there may be charges imposed on you by our suppliers in the event that you wish to cancel, just as there may be if you want to make an amendment to your booking. These charges will be in the contract between you and the yacht provider. When you make any special requests that go beyond the services listed on the website we will of course work without suppliers to try to ensure that the special request is met. However, special requests cannot be guaranteed, and, unless any liability arises due to us not complying with this term, we cannot be liable if the special request is not met. It is important that all the information you give us when you contact us or otherwise when you use the website, is correct. This includes, without limit, ensuring that we have your correct contact (including e-mail) details at all times. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes by contacting our customer services as soon as possible. We cannot be held liable for sending you travel documents or other relevant information where you have given us incorrect or redundant contact details. You must ensure that before traveling you have suitable and adequate travel insurance arranged to cover the entire period of your holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all those traveling with you have a valid passport and any necessary visa and that you have obtained any necessary vaccinations to gain entry to any country you are visiting. All relevant travel documentation will be sent to you by e-mail in good time before the start of the charter period. Please make sure that upon your receipt of the travel documents, you check them carefully to make sure they accord with our agreement. Very occasionally there may be times when obvious errors occur, for example when a price, service or other detail displayed or presented on this website is incorrect. In this case we reserve the right to refuse to enter into that contract, or to cancel (or agree an amendment with you in respect of) any contract if it has been entered into and it contains this mistake.
